Remove the bolt and washers from the end of the pole.

Insert the bolt and washers into the underside of the base.
Thread the bolt into the bottom of the pole.
Tighten until snug.

Use a 11/16" or 17mm wrench to tighten the bolt.
You may need sombody to hold the pole and/or base.

Use your fingers or a 3/8" (10mm) wrench to remove the 4 nuts located on the back of the frame.

Place the frame onto the post aligning the holes with the threads as shown.
Use the nuts removed above to secure the top to the post.
Use a 3/8" (10mm) wrench to snug down the nuts. Do not over tighten!

Move all four (4) latches toward the inside to release the frame.
The metal frame should now lift off the backer board.

Place the frame back on the backerboard.
Move all four (4) latches outward toward the frame to lock.
